I'm most alive at altitude, whether that's a Himalayan glacier, a ski slope, or base camp at 5,400 metres. I've summited peaks in Ladakh, ice climbed in Kashmir, and spent two months documenting an Everest expedition on the North Face. The mountains are not a hobby. They're home.
Off the mountain, I'm obsessing over coffee, sourcing it, brewing it, understanding it.
I'm tinkering with a 3D printer at odd hours, making things just to see if I can. I play sport most weekends and would rather be moving than sitting still.
I believe the best work comes from people who are genuinely alive outside of work. That's what I try to be.
